so much has changed for us in the last two years…two babies later and our life looks a bit different!

i traded my master’s degree, board certification and two teaching licenses for diapers, ‘mama’, therapy and play dates at the park.

i tell zach frequently how blessed i feel to be able to stay at home with them and do ‘life’ with them on a daily basis…it’s certainly not for everyone, but it is most definitely for us.

we are an absolute circus wherever we go…eyes are on us from the second we get out of the car, but as i have navigated this whole mommyhood gig, it is less and less overwhelming and more and more fun.

bows. dresses. makeup. hair.
they watch me do it all and now will grab a bow and bring it to me to put in their hair.
girl mama win? yaaaas!

while you rarely see them without a a bow in their hair, we also have girls who love to rough house, play in the dirt and will be out fishing with their daddy on the regular. i absolutely wouldn’t trade this time with them for the world.

play dates in the park and chasing after these two toddlers means i am always on the lookout for something i can wear that is easy, comfortable + cute that doesn’t make me look like the hot mess express.
